I’ve been having way too much fun over at my new web publication, The Office Rat. I’ve been writing a “Tip of the Day” for a couple of weeks now and have finally begun interviewing some office fitness experts. Today it was Eric Wilson – we had a great conversation about core stability and the importance of movement. Tomorrow it’s Lara McIntosh of Wassa Dance. Thursday I’ll talk with my office-mate, Dr. Victoria Lee, about psychological fitness in the office. Next week it’s a sleep researcher, a yoga teacher, and more.
