As you enter the lobby of the building from the street, take any of the elevators on the right to the sixteenth floor. When you get off the elevator, take the hallway to the right. My office is down the hall on the right. Office HoursI am available for massage appointments Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday afternoons and Wednesday mornings. Nearby LandmarksThe Medical Dental Building is next to Nordstrom and across 5th Avenue from Westlake Center and across 6th Avenue from Pacific Place. The Westin Hotel is a half block to the north, across Olive Way and Westlake Avenue. Public TransportationMost downtown buses pass within a few blocks of the Medical Dental Building. Just ask the driver for the stop closest to The Medical Dental Building, Westlake Center, or 5th Ave and Olive Way. If you are coming from the Seattle Center, you can take the monorail to Westlake Center. ParkingYes, parking downtown is a challenge, but it is by no means impossible. Valet parking is available in the Medical Dental Building ($5.00 for an hour; $6.50 for an hour and a half), and there are also several self-park options nearby (see below). The most accessible and reasonably priced garage is the Pacific Place garage, located between Olive Way and Pine St.; enter from either 6th or 7th Avenues. Lots of metered street parking is available nearby. Also, consider taking the bus (see info above) - Metro offers frequent bus service to downtown from all Seattle neighborhoods. Other Parking OptionsIn addition to the Pacific Place and Medical Dental Building garages, there are several other parking garages nearby. Driving Directions to the Medical Dental Building Parking GarageIf you want to park right in the Medical Dental Building, valet parking is available. From I – 90Take I-5 north to the Madison exit. Turn left and cross over the freeway. Turn right at 6th Ave. and follow 6th past Pine. The entrance to the Medical Dental Building garage will be on your left, just past the Nordstrom valet. From the South on I-5Take I-5 to the Seneca exit. Turn right onto 6th Ave. Follow 6th past Pine. The entrance to the Medical Dental Building garage will be on your left, just past the Nordstrom valet. From the North on I-5Take I-5 south to the Stewart and Denny exit. Follow Stewart to 7th. Turn left onto 7th. Take 7th to Pine. Turn right onto Pine. Go one block on Pine to 6th. Turn right onto 6th. The entrance to the Medical Dental Building garage will be on your left, just past the Nordstrom valet.
