Massage for Sports Injuries

Shoulder X-rayI work with athletes of all kinds – Seattle Mariners pitchers, university strength coaches, triathletes, college volleyball players, pro snowboarders, roller derby skaters, dancers, aerialists, power lifters, cheerleaders, yoga teachers, ultimate fighters, personal trainers, as well as the usual range of Seattle hikers, bikers, runners, kayakers, skiers, and snowboarders.

When you’re pushing yourself as hard these folks do, sports injuries are inevitable. I work with athletes mostly in the recovery and rehabilitation phases of their injury-healing process, helping to restore normal muscle tone, reduce scar tissue adhesions, and help prevent re-injury.
