Massage for Work Injuries

November 8, 2009

If you have been injured on the job, massage may be able to help you recover. Depending on your situation,  Washington State’s Labor and Industries (L&I) division (some states call this Workers Compensation) may pay for your massage sessions.

Most of the work injuries I have seen have been related to either repetitive activities or lifting.  Fortunately, massage has a good track record in addressing these kinds of injuries.

I am a preferred provider with Washington State L&I, so if you have an L&I claim open and a prescription from your doctor for massage, I will be able to bill the state for you.

Call 206-624-6255 or e-mail me to book a massage session designed to treat your work injury. Appointments available Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
