			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p>I&#8217;ve been having way too much fun over at my new web publication, <a href="http://www.officerat.com/" title="The Office Rat">The Office Rat</a>.  I&#8217;ve been writing a &#8220;Tip of the Day&#8221; for a couple of weeks now and have finally begun interviewing some office fitness experts.  Today it was <a href="http://www.compfit.com" title="Eric Wilson - Compfit.com">Eric Wilson</a> &#8211; we had a great conversation about <a href="http://www.officerat.com/2008/09/develop-your-core-awareness/" title="Develop core awareness">core stability</a> and the importance of movement.  Tomorrow it&#8217;s Lara McIntosh of <a href="http://www.wassadance.com" title="Wassa Dance - Seattle, WA">Wassa Dance</a>.  Thursday I&#8217;ll talk with my office-mate, Dr. Victoria Lee, about psychological fitness in the office.  Next week it&#8217;s a sleep researcher, a yoga teacher, and more.</p>
